Fruition II: Tha Priest

P.E.A.C.E, Shalom to all. After some years of growing, Incorporating the good, bad, and the ugly about Myself and my environment, and after Graced with much an ability to sow seed, a good part of me had to stop and re-access not only my current progress, but embracing further progress and change. After witnessing various events in my life and people's lives around me, it took me to a screeching halt. It made me re-evaluate my thinking and how i see things. Reality spoke to me in definitions.. that ive been living with the same reality's for a while...while working towards change. In the midst of the frustration and pain, as well as the hardwork, i was grateful. With this Being in relation to my vocation, as a Musician and writer, i seen my craft take on different forms. The more weightier the experience, the more redemptive the project i worked on. In My research i looked up the greats.. Sam Cooke, Bob Marley and Lauryn Hill, the Mother of our Generation. I realized these souls were and are prophetic, and had great influence in their generations and beyond. Lauryn once spoke on the fact that what she does is more a priesthood than a career, and as i looked, with or without a major distributor, i saw the same. Which teaches me where and how i utilize my gift is important, Greatly in relation to who i am as a Man of the Almighty. Music is a Great gift. Understand its a reflection of our lifetime.
